Booking & Cancellation Policy

Guests can book accommodation either online or by contacting us directly. If you are a Te Araroa walker, please contact us directly via email or phone. A separate booking and cancellation policy applies to Te Araroa walkers. Please read full info here.

For group bookings and where exclusive use of the Lodge is wanted, a non-refundable deposit is required and the cancellation policy may vary, especially at peak times. We will advise of this at the time of your enquiry. For all other bookings, credit card details will be required to secure the booking.

Lake Coleridge Lodge operates the following cancellation policy for standard bookings:

Cancellations within 30 days – 10% of applicable tariff applies
Cancellations within 14 days – 50% of applicable tariff applies
Cancellations within 48 hours – 70% of applicable tariff applies

For online booking cancellations extra administration charges may also apply. Date changes will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to availability.
