Booking Deposits & Booking Policy
At Lake Coleridge Lodge we do not take individual deposits. We may require deposits for special events, special offers, promotions and exclusive use bookings etc. but for a standard individual booking we do not request a deposit.
In the absence of a deposit and in order to confirm your booking we will request full and valid credit card details.
For security reasons we will only request you provide credit card details in a direct e-mail communication with Lake Coleridge Lodge. Alternatively you are welcome to phone details through if you prefer.
For individual bookings, credit card details are only held as security and no charges will be taken prior to your visit subject to the cancellation policy below.
For Cancellation of a confirmed booking, no charges usually apply but please make sure that you are familiar with our Cancellation Policy.
