Booking Deposits & Booking Policy
At Lake Coleridge Lodge Retreat, Events & Function Centre 'Canterbury's best kept Secret' we do not take individual deposits, we will for special events, special offers, promotions and exclusive use bookings etc… but, for a standard individual booking we do not request a deposit payment from you.
We strongly beleive that your money is of more use with you than with us !
In the absence of a booking deposit and in order to confirm a booking as a guaranteed confirmed and available booking we do require to be advised of your full and valid Credit Card details.
At the time of confirmation, we will need to be provided with the Credit Card number, Card Type (we can take only Visa and Mastercard), the Name on the Card as it appears, Expiry date and the name of the Issuing Bank.
For security reasons we will only request that you provide these details in a secure direct e-mail communication with Lake Coleridge Lodge via the Lodge official e-mail address of lakecoleridgelodge@xtra.co.nz - Please note that only this e-mail is the official e-mail of Lake Coleridge Lodge and no other.
Credit Card details are only held as security of deposit and replace the requirement of requesting individual deposit funds.
For Guests arriving at the Lodge, no charges whatsoever are processed to your card until you checkout from the lodge.
For Cancellation of a confirmed booking, no charges usually apply but please make sure that you are familiar with our Cancellation Policy.
