Cancellation Policy - Important, please read this policy carefully. We don't wish to use it but we have to have it !
Lake Coleridge Lodge, Events & Function Centre 'Canterbury's best kept Secret' only operates a fair and equitable Cancellation Policy and for any reasonable and genuine cancellations that are fully notified to us via the agreed means outlined, often incurs no charge whatsoever.
Importantly, our Cancellation Policy only applies once you have a confirmed reservation which is when you have provided us with Credit Card details and we have acknowledged this.
We DO NOT impose this cancellation policy on reservation requests and general enquiries.
However, from time to time this does not happen, notifications do not happen and we have to have a full cancellation policy in force, as follows,
- Notification of your cancellation to Lake Coleridge Lodge, Events & Function Centre 'Canterbury's best kept Secret' to either, our Reservations line of 0800 525 326 or the official e-mail address of lakecoleridgelodge@xtra.co.nz prior to 3 days before your confirmed booking commencing incurs NO CHARGE
- Notification of your cancellation to Lake Coleridge Lodge, Events & Function Centre 'Canterbury's best kept Secret' to either, our Reservations line of 0800 525 326 or the official e-mail address of lakecoleridgelodge@xtra.co.nz in the period of 3 days to 24 hours before your confirmed booking commencing incurs a 25% Cancellation fee. The fee will be calculated on the total value of your confirmed booking.
- Notification of your cancellation to Lake Coleridge Lodge, Events & Function Centre 'Canterbury's best kept Secret' to either, our Reservations line of 0800 525 326 or the official e-mail address of lakecoleridgelodge@xtra.co.nz within the period 24 hours before your confirmed booking commences incurs a Cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value or, 100% of one person booking value, whichever the greater.
- "No-Shows and No Notifications" will result in a Cancellation fee of 100% of the Total Booking Value
As far as Lake Coleridge Lodge, Events & Function Centre 'Canterbury's best kept Secret' is concerned please, just talk to us. We can ask no more of our guests. We are more than happy to work with our guests and understand the problems that sometimes occur than simply receive a silent "No-Show".
