Cancellation Policy - Important, please read this policy carefully. We don't wish to use it but we have to have it !

Lake Coleridge Lodge Retreat, Events & Function Centre 'Canterbury's best kept Secret' only operates a fair and equitable Cancellation Policy and for any reasonable and genuine cancellations that are fully notified to us via the agreed means outlined, often incurs no charge whatsoever.

Importantly, our Cancellation Policy only applies once you have a confirmed reservation which is when you have provided us with Credit Card details, and we have acknowledged this.

Due to the intimate size of our business cancellations affect us significantly. Travel insurance is essential to cover you in case of accident, medical emergency, weather, and any other unforseen circumstance.

• Cancellations within 30 days 10% of applicable tariff
• Cancellations within 14 days 50% of applicable tariff
• Cancellations within 48 hours 100% of applicable tariff

We will enedavour ro re-sell your room and if successful, no cancellation fee will be charged
